• 920 Sidonia, Leucadia, CA 92024 Pro's; Prime location east of I-5 on quiet street. Con's; The sellers raised their price 50K after being on the market shortly, wood shake roof, 1970's windows and an asphalt driveway that's crumbling.
• 146 Cadmus, Leucadia, CA 92024 Pro's; On a dead-end street, priced-to-sell short sale. Con's; Lots of upgrades are needed, 3 offers are in from investors.
• 1222 N Coast Hwy, Leucadia, CA 92024 Pro's; This will be in escrow soon... Con's; the same owner just put 1218 Coast Hwy into escrow 3 days ago.
• 1757 Dora Dr Cardiff, CA 92007 Pro's; This shows nicely and is close to turnkey. Con's; Overpiced by 10%, the 100's of car trips daily on Birmingham to Lake Dr could drive the into the mid-higher 600's.
